Membership terms
The agreement for using the hub: eligibility, your content, purchases through the makers, and how membership can end.

Eligibility
Membership is open to adults aged 21 and over. You confirm your age when you join. Cannabis and hemp products are subject to the laws where you live, and it is your responsibility to ensure any purchase and use is lawful there.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting you give The Swan Legacy permission to display, store and distribute that content inside the hub, and to remove it where it breaches the community guidelines.
Purchases
Products are made and shipped by the individual makers. Checkout happens in the hub, but each order is fulfilled — and returns, refunds and shipping questions are handled — by the maker responsible for that item, under their own terms.

Member posts, podcast episodes and evidence summaries are educational only and are not a substitute for informed medical advice, diagnosis or care. Ending membership
You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end a membership that breaches these terms or the community guidelines; where we do, the decision and its reason are recorded in the governance log and you may appeal.
