How recurring orders are billed, when they renew, and how to pause, skip or cancel at any time.

How subscriptions work
Some maker products can be bought as a recurring order. You choose the interval at checkout; the first payment is taken immediately, and each renewal is charged automatically on the same schedule until you pause or cancel.
Billing
Recurring payments are processed by the maker's payment gateway using the card you authorised. Prices, tax and shipping are those in force on the renewal date; if a price changes we tell you before the next charge. A failed payment is retried, and we email you so the card can be updated before the subscription lapses.
Pause, skip or cancel
Open Subscriptions in your account. You can pause a subscription, resume it, or cancel it outright, and your next projected billing date is shown there. Changes made before the renewal date apply to the next charge; a charge already taken is handled under the returns policy.
Ending or transferring
Cancelling stops future charges but does not cancel a shipment already dispatched. If a maker discontinues a subscription product, we cancel the plan, refund anything charged for undelivered goods and suggest the closest alternative.
