Our marks
The Swan Legacy name, logo and site design belong to The Swan Legacy. Swan Apothecary, FBTT Store, Happy Pet Medicinals and Cannabis Health Radio are independently operated brands; their names, logos and product photography belong to them and are used here with permission.
Member content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant The Swan Legacy a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display and distribute that content inside the hub and in the hub's own promotion of it. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in moderation records.
Podcasts, evidence and lab results
Cannabis Health Radio episodes are published by CHR and syndicated here. Evidence summaries link to the original publication and its DOI; copyright remains with the publisher. Certificates of Analysis are issued by third-party laboratories and are reproduced unaltered.
Reporting infringement
Write to hello@theswanlegacy.com with the work concerned, the URL where it appears, proof of your rights and your contact details. We remove or disable infringing material and notify the member, who may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose membership.
