What the library is

The evidence library holds short, plain-language summaries of published research relevant to The Swan Legacy's topics. Each entry carries a takeaway, a stated limitation, a citation and, where one exists, a DOI so you can read the source yourself.

Certainty grading

Every entry is graded, and the grade is shown alongside the takeaway:

• Emerging — early, small or single-study signal; treat as a hypothesis.
• Mixed — studies disagree, or findings depend heavily on context and dose.
• Supported — repeated findings across independent studies or reviews.

Submission and review

Any member may propose an entry or a revision to an existing one. Submissions enter a review desk where a reviewer approves or declines with a written note. Approved revisions create a new version and retire the previous one, so the change history stays visible. Every approval and rejection is recorded in the governance log.

What the library is not

Nothing in the library is medical advice, and no entry should be read as a recommendation to start, stop or change a treatment. Statements about products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
