Why the hub is restricted to adults aged 21 and over, and how access is confirmed and enforced.

Adults only
The Swan Legacy is intended for adults aged 21 and over. You confirm your age when you join, and the confirmation is stored on your device so you are not asked repeatedly.
At checkout and delivery
Makers may require adult signature on delivery for certain products and may decline an order where age or destination cannot be verified. Reselling or supplying products bought here to anyone under 21 ends membership immediately.
Restricted areas
Some catalogues, including FBTT Store, are additionally gated and only open after a separate access step. Those pages are excluded from search engines and are never shown in general browsing or recommendations until unlocked.
Children's data
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it is closed and the data deleted. Write to hello@theswanlegacy.com if you believe this has happened.
