These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products sold by our makers are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Talk to a professional

Lived experience and evidence
Forty years of lived experience is a starting point, not a prescription. Members are asked to describe what they did, never to tell someone else what to do. Evidence entries carry a citation and a grade so you can read the source yourself and discuss it with your clinician.
