Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Many of our members live with chronic illness, pain, fatigue or low vision. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across the hub and treat accessibility bugs as ordinary bugs, not enhancements.

What is in place

The hub currently provides:

• Semantic landmarks and skip navigation on every page.
• Full keyboard operation for menus, dialogs, the timeline and the media player.
• Visible focus states and contrast-checked colour in both light and dark themes.
• Alternative text on imagery, captions on our own video, and readable transcripts where available.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px and respect reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations

Embedded third-party content — podcast players, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Zoom — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Older Certificates of Analysis are supplier-issued PDFs that may not be fully tagged; we will supply the values in an accessible format on request.
