What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) are small pieces of data stored by your browser. The Swan Legacy uses them sparingly — to keep you signed in, to remember your basket, and to understand which parts of the hub are useful.

Strictly necessary

These always run, because the hub cannot work without them. They cannot be switched off.

• Authentication tokens that keep your member session signed in.
• Your basket contents and checkout progress.
• Your age confirmation (21+) and onboarding state.
• The FBTT Store access unlock, held for up to 30 days so you are not asked for the password on every visit.
• Your cookie choice itself, so we do not ask again on every page.

Preferences

Optional, and remembered only if you accept. These store things like your notification and quiet-hours settings, the last radio episode you played, and dismissed banners.

Analytics

Optional and aggregated. If you accept analytics, we count page views, episode plays and product views so we know what to build next. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell this data, and we never link analytics to your health-related posts.

Third parties

Some pages embed content from other services, which may set their own cookies when you play or open them: YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Zoom for events and media, and Cannabis Health Radio for episodes. Orders placed in the hub pass through our payment gateway, which sets its own strictly necessary cookies. Their cookies are governed by their own policies.

Changing your mind

Use the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of any page to review or change your choice at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, though this will sign you out and empty your basket.
